  1. Thanks for starting the thread! ...So I applied last cycle and I remember it being only one application for all the Sharp Hospitals. For this cycle, do we just apply to the positions we want to be considered for?
  2. Does anyone know if all units are hiring? I remember for USC not all units were hiring new grads and it was used as a weeding process. Good luck everyone! Applications open this Monday
  3. Awesome! Good luck! I've read on Facebook that they're looking to hire 12 new grads. I wonder how many internals are interviewing.
  4. @arcilian - I'm an external candidate. @umad - Have you interviewed for Kaiser SD in the past, or just for this upcoming cohort??
  5. Are all of Kaiser New grad interviews done in groups? The recruiter told me to expect 4-5 people in the panel, but did not mention if I would be interviewed alone, or in a group
  6. Ah, sorry I just realized my last post was misleading... It was just a call for a phone interviewfor Kaiser SD. Although to be honest, I'd much prefer it be a call with an offer! í ½í¸›
  7. Following! I got a call from HR today for the program starting in April for Kaiser SD.
  8. Same here, right around 8:30am. Tried to avoid checking email, but I had to at some point. Hurts so much to know we came so close!
  9. Worst fears confirmed. I got an email. Good luck to you all! And congratulations if you get an offer!
  10. I wish there was a way we could know how candidates are selected... With a behavioral/customer service round, it's so hard to tell. I think my interview went well enough, but we'll see Good luck you guys! Let us know if you get the call for an offer!
  11. When we signed in, my name was on the last page... I tried to count but was afraid of being too obvious. My guesstimate was around 30-40?? I went up around 3pm as well and it was almost empty by the time I was done. A panel may not be too bad; thinking positively, I'd say that you have more voices to vouch for you to take a spot in the program!
  12. I've also heard about the calls vs. emails. Guess I won't be checking my email that day lol. @emae: 5?? Wow that's intense! I was interviewed by the manager and assistant manager from 4N - they said it was a med/surg and stroke unit.
  13. Whew, what a day... Aaaand now we play the waiting game. How did everyone else's interview go? What other units were interviewing? I saw ortho, medical, women's health, and stroke out there today.
  14. @bobcee - from 70 applicants, my guess is that maybe 50 advanced, and then they'll just cut the rest for the final 25 positions. Good luck everyone!!
