  1. RNbyGrace7: have you had an interview yet?
  2. RNbyGrace7: I would call human resources and find out. It can be kind of hard to get them on the phone but they're pretty good at calling you back if you leave a measage
  3. Is anyone on this page looking for a roommate in Orlando? I start at Florida Hospital in August and am looking for someone to live with
  4. Well first I applied online. Then I received a personality type quiz that I had to fill out (strongly agree, etc) and I was sent a link where I had to list references and then they were contacted. Then I was called for a general HR interview, and that was all behavioral questions (tell me about a time when you...) and I was set up for an interview with the Baker Act unit PCU because I minored in psychology, and the neuro ICU because I interned on an ICU. I was offered a job on the PCU the day after I interviewed and had two days to accept
  5. I'm relocating from Massachusetts and am looking for a roommate for the Orlando campus! Is anyone in the same situation as me?
  6. They asked me about a 55 year old man with hypertension complaining of chest pai (MI) and a 35 year old Schizophrenic man who is becoming agitated. Both scenarios you had to explain interventions, medications and dosages, and any diagnostic tests
  7. I'm relocating from Massachusetts at the end of July. I had a prospect for a roommate but I think it's going to fall through. Anybody relocating for this job that needs a roommate?
  8. Hi all! I accepted a position at Florida Hospital Orlando campus and will be starting in August! I must've been an oddball because I didn't have a Skype interview, just a plain old phone interview. they asked me situation based questions like a 55 year old man with hypertension reports chest pain or a schizophrenic patient becomes agitated. I was thrown off guard but must've done well because I got offered a job the next day! I'm so excited to start!
  9. Hello everyone! I just got a job offer in the PCU at the Orlando campus of Florida Hospital! I will be relocating from Massachusetts, does anyone need a roommate?
  10. Paintmegray: I got accepted into a PCU unit! Did you have your interview already?
  11. Does anyone who got accepted to the Orlando campus want a roommate? I just accepted today and would like to room with someone from the program!
  12. My application status still says "Online assessment completed" And I was getting nervous that they forgot about me, so I called the recruiting office and they told me to be patient because they are still sending out e-mails for interviews! So don't be discouraged if you haven't heard anything... like me!
  13. Wow they really don't want you sending messages on here. I don't think it will let me send any more but I replied!
  14. I applied for Critical Care Float and got the same exact e-mail. I'm pretty sure everyone just got the same one.
