Kaiser NorCal Nurse Residency Spring 2024 Cohort 8

Welcome to Cohort 8 forum! Creating this for all those interested in the Kaiser Nurse Residency for new grads.

During my interview they said they will send Offers 12/5-12/22. But did not say how many new grads they will hire . This wait is killing me too. How you think you did in the interview?

@nurse478 I think each location might be different then. I interviewed at Vallejo and all they said was we should be getting emails with soft offers by 12/07/23 and official offer letters by 12/11/23. ?‍♀️ Still haven't heard of anything from them now. The waiting game is killing me!! ? I have heard that Kaiser hiring process is slow so who knows when they will reach out..

When did you guys interviewed ? Mine was just couple days ago .

They told us something similar also. Basically that we would here back anytime between the interview date and  12/7.

Yes they do! I was snooping old cohorts forums and there were comments from people who stated they had gotten denied.

Same here. Nothing on my end yet. I think I checked my email every hour so far today ?
