@nurse478 I think each location might be different then. I interviewed at Vallejo and all they said was we should be getting emails with soft offers by 12/07/23 and official offer letters by 12/11/23. ?‍♀️ Still haven't heard of anything from them now. The waiting game is killing me!! ? I have heard that Kaiser hiring process is slow so who knows when they will reach out..

They ask questions to verify my resume and my language spoken/fluency. Ask what challenges I think us nurses face the most and questions base on your PP and presentation. Hoenstly, everyone questions were very different and some of the questions they were asking weren't even your every day interview common questions. They are questions that each interviewers were curious about and want to know about.

Vallejo/Vacaville only did interviews for 2 days? When did you do yours because I also interviewed for Vallejo. If that post you read is true, then that would be so awesome! LOL ????

I am wondering the same thing. They didn't really inform us exactly how many for each locations. Not sure if anyone else might know more of a specific number. Only know that around 100-125 people for Norcal. Please update if anyone have heard back since their interview so that we all can keep checking our emails LOL ? knowing that they are slowly responding back. Anyone else impatient or what?! Lmao

@sunny2 I did. Mine was at the 8 min mark. Honestly, I believe it's fine. As long as you don't go over 10 mins is what they ask since they are on a time crunch and they want everyone to be able to present and still have time left for Q&A.

Hi everyone, just out of curiosity, for those who already did their interviews, did anyone hear back from Kaiser yet with offers by any chance? Just wanted to see how quickly they do call backs. Especially for Vallejo?

Can I ask you, did you have all of the extra things like your ekg interpretation course done, ACLS, and also attached you letters of recommendations? I'm wondering if all those will effecting the interview selection since I didn't attach my letter of recommendations and I didn't get my ekg interpretation course done....
