I thought they were conducting interviews throughout the rest of this month and then everyone starts to hear back by 12/7. Do you know of people already hearing back after interviews?

I haven't heard from anyone for this cohort yet. However, I was reading the other previous cohorts, people were receiving offer letter at different times and some a lot sooner then the deadline date they gave . I did read that it also depend on the department/location and how fast they are with the hiring process. Hopefully we will all hear back soon! ?

Our interviews for our facility are done and we should be hearing back 12/7 but since it was like two days with a total of 12 people for both days, curious if everyone is accepted ? I was reading an old post from 2021 if you got to the interview you were accepted already they just want to see where to put you based on your knowledge. So if anyone has any idea is that is true that would be nice to know I could not sleep last night LOL

Vallejo/Vacaville only did interviews for 2 days? When did you do yours because I also interviewed for Vallejo. If that post you read is true, then that would be so awesome! LOL ????

@GRN89 what kind of questions they asked you ?

They ask questions to verify my resume and my language spoken/fluency. Ask what challenges I think us nurses face the most and questions base on your PP and presentation. Hoenstly, everyone questions were very different and some of the questions they were asking weren't even your every day interview common questions. They are questions that each interviewers were curious about and want to know about.

I don't think so because, at the end of the interview, they talked about how rejection is part of the process and to keep applying. They stated the competitiveness of the application process with 1000 applicants applying.

I was interviewed last cohort but did not receive an offer, so I don't think that's accurate.

Okay, perhaps I was wrong. Thank you guys for clarifying that even if you get interviewed you can still be rejected I read that in an older cohort's group discussion. From what saw, VV only interviewed for two days because they only had two days that they can interview . VJO, not sure how many days but that's just what I was going by. I wish everyone luck still and I hope everyone makes it in.

Did you try again or do they share why you didn't get in? Thanks for that information that's very helpful to know that that information that I read previously was not correct.

They didn't give me any explanation why I didn't get it. Yeah I tried again.

@ bells and How was you interview? Was it easy ? MY interview is tomorrow

Anyone else interview for Richmond? I'm so curious how many openings they have for new grads to know my likelihood of being offered a position!

Also, it's my understanding from the interview that we'd hear back between 12/4-12/7...did I get that wrong since I've seen other dates stated on this thread like hearing back by 12/22 which would be terrible since the wait is already killing me, LOL.

Thx guys, and good luck to all of us! ?
