Hey everyone I just got an email. Looks like I didn't make it for this cohort 8 but got deferred for cohort 9 (starts in June). I applied to Santa Clara.

I have a friend from my nursing class who applied for Santa Clara who also got deferred but they called her and she started last minute with cohort 7 so you should be good! Congrats ? this is yours! Stay up!

Hi everyone! I recall during my interview the hub coordinator giving us advice at the end if we were hired and stated that there is a ECG/EKG interpretation quiz we have to pass before we start the program, and we get 3 chances to pass it. I also have yet to receive my ECG/EKG interpretation certification (one that is to Kaiser's standard, that is), so I am curious where you all received your certification and/or if any of you have a suggested website where I can sign up for a course. Thanks so much in advance! ?

@nurse478 - I took the Dysrhythima course from AACN but I don't know if it is on the approved by Kaiser. Prior to taking the course, I reached out to Kaiser and they stated you could take a course from anywhere outside of a school course.

Hi! Not sure if you check this still, but did you happen to know if you got a deferral at the same time other got their acceptance? Also, was it a phone call or email? Thanks I advance 🙂
