  1. Ya ofc! So I feel like round one questions were very traditional (you can find sample ones online or on YouTube): conflict w coworker, time you cared for a pt of a different cultural background , time you implemented EBP etc. Round 2 questions were challenging in my opinion. They were very tricky in the sense like they wanted to see your critical thinking in challenging situations, moments that have changed your nursing practice, family type questions where someone wasn't happy with their care etc. I felt like they were trying to just paint a big picture on who we are / the critical thinking. To me They were deep questions ? Round two they asked about your career goals and why that specialty (I don't think this initial one is timed but I really took the time to talk about why I would love to work in the specialty) make sure it's not generic like : I love babies etc. I would def talk about if you've personally been a pediatric pt, specific pts and families you have worked w in past that was like your big why to entering your specialty. You set the tone with who you are with the Initial questions they ask (before they start timing) make it count! Hope this helps! you got this ?
  2. I got an offer in maternity. Good luck and congrats everyone ?
  3. I'm assuming CVICU were the only ones offered today? From sounds of it, other specialties haven't heard anything today.
  4. For my interview I got a call at like 5pm but IDK if HR is calling or the managers
