Hello everyone! I didn't see this topic on the forum, so I'll create this for anyone else who is planning to apply to Kaiser's New Residency Program. Good luck!!

Hi everyone! 

I am applying for the Sacramento area and submitted my career snapshot today, which I received around 11:50am. One of the questions asked about documented volunteer experience. Did they mention if this documentation needs to be uploaded to our profile as well?

Hi everyone, I just have several questions since I didn't attend the webinar:

1.) What are all the documents we should upload to our profile?

2.) Since we don't have a physical copy of our license, do we just upload our RN Board certificate?

3.) When we upload our documents, in the "Comments about the file", do we type in "Certificate" for all the documents we upload including our resume?

4.) Instructions say to upload our BLS certificate and NOT the e-wallet card. Do we have to upload a card too or only the certificate because the intructions shows a regular BLS card to upload.

 

The instructions they gave us is a bit confusing and was hoping anyone can help LOL. Thanks everyone and good luck!

I also applied fairly early, around 10 am PST on the first day of the application. Trying not to feel anxious about it haha

I applied right when I got the email on feb 8, at 0728, and I got my snapshot at 1140 yesterday.

My snapshot eamil says due by 2/15 8 am. Not sure if anyone has the same deadline, but it doesn't hurt contact them

Hi everyone! Just to update anyone who still hasn't received the career snapshot, I emailed them and got an email about 20 minutes later that said "you are receiving this email because we have not received your Career Snapshot". They sent the career snapshot attachment in the email and specified that it was due tomorrow at 9 am. If you haven't gotten your snapshot, maybe try reaching out!

In the email, they said when you add certifications to your profile to include title of documents, name, and date of upload.

When I initially uploaded them while doing my application, I only put the title of documents (like BLS, Resume, etc.). The website automatically shows when it was uploaded and it's on our specific profiles, so is it necessary to re-upload everything and write my name and date for each upload?

Same! Emailed as well and got it shortly after.
