Hello everyone! I didn't see this topic on the forum, so I'll create this for anyone else who is planning to apply to Kaiser's New Residency Program. Good luck!!

I contacted my TA at first and she said if they haven't called me by Wednesday to let her know. If you're worried (like I always am ?), it won't hurt to contact them!

@Mwnurse2022 I got a call from the EHS last week Friday and today. I set up an appointment to get it done and filled out the paperwork awhile ago.

Update* just now got a call from employee health to schedule an appointment finally.

I am still waiting for them to call me to schedule mine. It def is taking a while for the process (trying to not let the nerves get to me with the slow process). 

Also, for training for the first 12 weeks does anyone know what our schedules will be like? Do we train during days (40 hours a week) and then after 12 weeks move to our schedule we were hired on as? I asked my TA but no response back yet. 

Thanks guys! We are only a couple weeks away!

The person I spoke with confirmed that the first two weeks will be either days or evenings (no night shift) 40 hours a week, and then we will transition into our hired schedule afterwards.

Anyone else who didn't get a phone call just get scheduled via email? 
I was sent an email with two appointment dates, no one called me

Are you referring to getting our physical done? I haven't gotten anything yet. No phone call no email. But I already got a welcome group email from my hub coordinator

Does anyone know the link to schedule our employee health appointment online? I missed the call! It says when I call back I can schedule it online, but can't find where too!

I haven't gotten that yet. I got an email to send in documents prior to scheduling my EHS appointment on Tues (which I did) but haven't heard from them today.  ?

On another note, I'm a little late in posting the "fun" bio. It doesn't give much more than that to go on - I'm assuming just a short paragraph?

Where did this "bio" thing come from?

so weird, we are all in different parts of onboarding and it's all so confusing

The bio is from our hub coordinators. I think depending on your location it probably varies.
