Kaiser NorCal New Grad Residency 2023 (Spring Cohort 5)

Hello everyone! I didn't see this topic on the forum, so I'll create this for anyone else who is planning to apply to Kaiser's New Residency Program. Good luck!!

@RNVee I received an email from the hub coordinator too awhile ago. No email yet from employee health. How about you?

I did get an email from employee health a couple of days ago asking to email my immunizations, and the email also said that I should be contacted shortly to schedule an appointment but still haven't heard back.

@RNVee  just got a call to set up an appointment for EHS. I called back but they didn't pick up so we'll see when they're going to call again. Hopefully yours will call soon too. Do you have an assigned unit?

No one called but they send an email saying complete & eligible. I messaged my TA questioning what that meant and she didn't reply. I did my i9 last week on Thursday or Friday, can't remember! & employee health called me earlier in the week. Just completed my physical today!

@darian can you elaborate what they did for physical exam?

We go in for an actual Physical? Can you let us know what they made you do for that? Thank you in advance!

Is there anyone who hasn't been contacted by employee health yet? My TA said they'll be contacting soon but I haven't gotten a call or email from them yet.

Sorry for the late reply - worked a very long shift & took 2 days to recover. 
My physical consisted of them listening to my heart & lungs, making sure my vaccines were up to date, 2 step TB test, & had me stretch to make sure I could bend and turn my limbs! It was super easy. 

The only thing I haven't heard from is my hub coordinator. She said she would call but I'm still waiting!

I haven't heard back from employee health either. I have everything else done (background, I9, drug screen) but still waiting to be contacted for the physical.

I'm already with kaiser as a patient so they have my MRN and all immunization info, wonder how much more info they'll need. I was told I might get emailed forms to complete before I get a call, did anyone else get that?

I just got a call from employee health today. They didn't email me any forms to fill out, but they just sent information for what immunizations to bring.
