Kaiser New Grad Fall 2024 Cohort 10

Published

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to start a thread so we can all chat/update each other for the Kaiser New Grad- Fall Cohort 10 application which opens 04/26!

Is anyone interviewing for Kaiser Antioch on the 17th?

They asked some people one question, others they did not. And they provided feedback like they said. Basic questions, it shouldn't be difficult.

OK,  I was replying to @Nursebys

what area did you interview for?

@Nurse Aly

I know, I practiced so many possibly questions they could ask...I interviewed for Modesto/Manteca

Congrats on getting through the toughest part! Crossing my fingers for you! If you don't mind me asking, which hospital did you interview for?

Modesto/Manteca

I don't think there are many interviews left but I just wanted to share that I completed an interview today and I'd be happy to answer any questions anyone may have!

Congrats on finishing the interview and I hope you get the spot! Thanks for being open to questions 🙂 Did they ask you any questions after your presentation? I'm hearing mixed things that some people got questions and others didn't.

Anyone happen to know how many spots are available at each location? I'm curious how many are available for Kaiser SF specifically.

Thanks and no prob! Same here— everyone in my group got asked one question except for me...which I can't tell is a good thing or a bad thing or just neutral? Nothing I can do now but wait to see! The questions asked of each person were typically a behavioral style question related to "a time you had to think critically" or "a time you had a difficult patient interaction" etc.

Thanks for answering! Maybe you already answered a behavioral question in your ppt (if you had talked about a clinical story or something)! I'm sure you did great!

I decided to resign from KP after 9years since I can't provide availability to my manger due to another full time clinic RN position... will this affect my interview that's coming up in two weeks? Anyone been to the similar situation? I applied as internal fyi

Hey same here. I resigned after 5 years and also applied as internal. Do you have anymore information on this? I can't even login to see the status of my application or anything anymore. My interview went great though. But I wonder how this will work if I don't have access to my KP employee login anymore

Well, they replied to my email saying that won't affect me eligibility and I will just need to re-onboard as external if I get the offer

Got an interview for cohort 9, but sadly got rejected. Did not get an interview for cohort 10 sadly. Has anyone gotten an 2nd interview after getting rejected. Are they not prioritizing people who already had an interview with them?
