Hi everyone!
Just wanted to start a thread so we can all chat/update each other for the Kaiser New Grad- Fall Cohort 10 application which opens 04/26!

It's a panel interview of 5, only one interview. You have 10 minutes to do your presentation and 5 minutes of questions.

The questions that they ask are behavioral questions; tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult patient. Where do you see yourself in five years? we all got different questions with the exception of how do you feel working night shift and the five-year question. They are big on Watson's theory. Practice, practice, practice, and just show up with confidence and show why you are the best candidate for this job. You got this! I hope this helps. I had no idea what to expect, and I found this group after my interview. But learn a lot from this experience.
