Im rehearsing as much as I can. I don't love presentations. But we'll be good guys. Just practice. However, Is anyone else worried they'll sound like they're reading their notes?

I'm worried. I feel my sounds like robots 😞

How's everyone doing? Good luck to those who have interviews this week.

I heard that they asked some scenario questions! Any words of wisdom for rest of us?

I decided to resign from KP after 9years since I can't provide availability to my manger due to another full time clinic RN position... will this affect my interview that's coming up in two weeks? Anyone been to the similar situation? I applied as internal fyi

hello, I was wondering the same thing. Can anyone who already had interview give us some insight? What type of questions did they ask after you presented your power point?

Hello everyone just wanted to share my experience. I just had the group interview presentation, we started with a quick talk about the timeline, and when we would hear soft offers... Then we went into presentations, the interviewer told us the order of who was going first, and we were timed (only 10 mins). The interviewer did not ask any questions after our presentation, he was just giving feedbacks... I would say, familiarize yourself with how to share the screen, and practice and time yourself self make you sure you can present within 10 mins. Good luck to all of us 🙂

Thanks so much for giving us insight from your experience-- may I ask when they said the "soft offers" would be? Also, is a "soft offer" contingent on some other task or 2nd interview?

During my interview they said soft offers would be in "early July" and were not contingent on another interview.

Congrats on getting through the toughest part! Crossing my fingers for you! If you don't mind me asking, which hospital did you interview for?

My friend was hired for Cohort 9. This is the only interview and you're given an offer following their timeline if you're chosen! Afterwards, you have a certain amount of time to decline or accept the offer, and you continue with housekeeping tasks (turning in forms, drug test, physical etc).  Hope this helps !

What area did you interview for? that's weird they did not ask any questions after presentation, have never heard of that happening.

They asked some people one question, others they did not. And they provided feedback like they said. Basic questions, it shouldn't be difficult.
