Hi everyone!
Just wanted to start a thread so we can all chat/update each other for the Kaiser New Grad- Fall Cohort 10 application which opens 04/26!

What did they do differently this time around with their snapshot? Also did they pass the 12 m preferred timeline of graduating from nursing school? Im really sad because it doesn't even look like they are offering cohort 11 and I already passed the 12 m mark this may

Honestly they applied exactly how they did the first time. Our stats were all about the same give or take the GPA. I use to really think there was a method for how they were choosing applicants, but it seems like it's kinda random?
It's so competitive and tough. Kaiser is one of the programs that states "prefer within the past 12 months" so if they open another, you should still apply! I've seen from other groups that's it's slow season right now, but something will pop up for you. Crossing my fingers and wishing you the best of luck❤️

Hey! Don't feel bad, I'm sure you did better than you think. You got over the hard part! Did they ask others behavioral/scenario questions?

We had someone who graduated from nursing school more than a year ago in my group. I believe their process in picking candidates this time was different, but probably somewhat random. It's hard to tell given the diverse background I've seen during my interview. We also had a majority of non Kaiser employees.
