yesssssssssss:yes:. Congrats RN . Whoop Whoop

Its neither here nor there at this point, but 75 questions does not mean an automatic pass. I know folks who have failed at that many or just beyond that.

Nonetheless, a big old CONGRATULATIONS to you!!!!!!!

Good luck in your new career!

I take my nclex tomorrow and i'm a nervous wreck. this will my 4th attempt. I watched all the hurst reviews and the review questions, saunders, and lacharity. i feel like ive spent so much money on uworld and Kaplan that i figured i would just work with the resources i have on hand. the last 2 times i stopped on 75 questions and the first time i got to 96 questions. i was sure i passed it last time but apparently i didn't. a part of me feels ready another part of me feels like i should reschedule. i did approximately 100 a day for about 2 months with a few days off in between. im so ready to pass my boards and put it behind me.::(

The resources that you used to practice are very good.

Keep your head up! You'll do great. You just gotta keep telling yourself that. Think positive and positive things will happen. Good luck! And keep us posted!!

I sat for my boards yesterday. 75 questions, 16 SATA, good pop up on PVT trick...just waiting to see if I passed or not. Fingers crossed!

I tested twice already. I got 265 questions and my CPR had near passing on all. Just do not know what to do anymore. Any suggestions? My self esteem is to the ground.

Never give up on yourself. You got through nursing school and you can get through one last test. My advice is to do hurst review for content. Their questions are also great, not so much like nclex, but they make you critically think.

Thank you! I will start with Hurst again today. I test 2/12

So I took my boards and ran out of time. I stopped on 211 questions in 6 hours. I came home a nervous wreck. My confidence level was way up when I passed 75 questions when I noticed I was still getting questions . At first I started to take my time thinking I should read the questions twice and answers twice. I answered 50 questions in 2 hours. Then I took my first break. I went to the bathroom. I washed my face and mentally told myself I need to pick up the pace. So after my break I read the questions and answers once, I picked my first choice and what I thought was the best answer and kept it moving. I'm anxious to do the PVT trick but scared I might get the bad pop up. So until I get my results, I'm going to continue to hope and pray that I passed. I read somewhere if someone run out of time the last 60 questions on the exam are evaluated to determine whether you passed or not. I got a lot of delegations, prioritization, maybe 15-20 SATA, a lot of procedures (TEE, MRI, swallow eval, endoscopy,), very few pharm(thank god), and a lot of therapeutic responses..

By the way which electrolyte would you find to be critical a patient with:

Sodium level of 125

Potassium level of 3.4

I'm curious!!
