Just took NCLEX-RN

Published

I just took the NCLEX_RN today and feel really stupid. I had a bunch of select all that apply, some delegation, drugs that I was not familiar with, and only one calculation. The test stopped at 75 questions. I was very shocked when it did. Any thoughts?

Thanks DazyLPN. I wish you the best of luck as well!

I too took the NCLEX RN this morning. Right now I feel like I failed. I am so worried out it. I had 75 questions. I had so many SATA questions--- it seemed like every-other question was SATA. I had a bunch of priority questions also.... and infection precautions.

I feel really helpless right now.

I hope you all get good results. I wish you well. Good Luck.

I took my NCLEX-RN yesterday. For weeks studying I kept praying that I would do really well and it would cut off at 75 questions. When I clicked next on question 75 and the test ended, I just wanted to scream NOOOOO. I did not feel good about it at all and did not feel that I had proved myself. I felt stupid. I wondered what I had been doing the last few years.

I went home and looked up all the questions I could remember (except for the SATA's because I can't remember all my choices on them) and then I felt even worse. Now I can't even remember if the questions were asking what to expect or what not to and praying I didn't get it all backwards.

I am SOOOO stressed. I feel stupid. I am preparing for the worst and praying for the best!:crying2:

I took it today too!! I felt stupid too. I kept getting my worst nightmare.....SATAs..( I sucked at them in school and have never done well with them)....I had about 10-12 of them. 3 calcutaions and a couple of meds. I am so scared I failed! But what can we do at this point? Good luck! Does your state have the quick results?

i took mine this morning too and was also feeling stupid. also feeling like the questions were all on things i'd never seen before. but ... now i'm really worried, because i only had 2 sata questions. i think those are the "hard" questions that they give you when you're doing well. oh no!!!

I just remember answering 2 of them. SATA is Select All That Apply.

I too took my NCLEX today. I had 10-12 SATA questions, 4 drug calculations, a ton of pharmacology, infection control, and prioritizing. When I finished, I was relieved it was over, but had the reaction of...Holy hell....what did I just do? Mine cut off at 75 questions as well. I should know the verdict tomorrow morning.

I am going to enjoy a gin and tonic, perhaps and Ativan and shut myself down for the night. I wish all of you the best!

I don't have any gin or Ativan, but I have resorted to wine and Taco Bell. Hopefully we will all be back on here in a day or two with wonderful news of passing scores! I have to say I am still really scared though.
