Student sent to the clinic by her teacher because she was "shaking". Student just got off the bus. Student is wearing a zip-up, hoodie type jacket. It is 18 degrees outside.

I have been seeing this girl almost everyday last week about needing chapstick or cough drops. Today she brings tea bags in.
