What should i be submitting? I got convicted of a misdeameanor obtaining a narcotic by fraud or deciet and possession of a narcotic. I never had my license suspeneded.

I was placed on the OIG list when my original license was revoked. They said it had to remain for 5 years (I think). Anyway, once that was done, I sent in the application and had my name removed.
I would start with the fact your license is intact and it would be impossible to obtain employment while on the list (in healthcare anyway).
While I was working other jobs after revocation, I was turned down as a checker in a pharmacy because of that darn list!

What?! I have the exact same charges and my license was even suspended for 6 months! That doesn't seem fair! Are you in a monitoring program? How long has it been since this all started?
@Indiana RN yep been in monitoring since October 2018 full compliance, bon renewed my license no probation. I informed the OIG of this in my response statement. hopefully they will decide not to put me on there but IDK. you said your charge was obtaining a narcotic illegally. mine was obtaining a narcotic by "fraud or deceit" don't know if the wording of my conviction had anything to do with it although I suspect it did. I wish I would have had my public defender ask for a different "wording" on my conviction.
@Indiana RN my plea agreement went into effect may 1st, OIG letter is dated aug 8. It was to inform me they MAY exclude me and asked for any documentation that mitigates me not being put on there. I have 30 days to send my response which I sent in today, I wrote a letter explaining why I believe I should not be put on there and everything I am doing with IPRP. I also stated my license has NEVER had any action taken against it and was renewed until October 2021. I sent along my RMA so they could see everything required by IPRP and that I am being monitored for the next 2 years, PRAYING THATS ENOUGH.

Seems like i may have another thing for me to look forward to, as I have the same worded charge as you. Please keep us updated what the outcome is.

I think the word fraud is what caught their interest

My license was to remain revoked for a period of five years, that is why my name was required to be on the list for five years.
I am not currently in monitoring, but awaiting the return of my license, which will require monitoring. Now that I am no longer on the OIG list, this will not be an issue.
The process to get my name off the list was a total of about 6 weeks.
