It smells like a scam....what do you all think?
Hi there,
I just got one of these in the mail today, and was looking for some info on it. I googled it several different ways because it just didn't seem right to me. The only information I was able to find was here....you all seemed to have the same suspicions I did, so I have shredded it. In the process of googling....i discovered many different sites that offer scholarship information for no charge. Hmmmmm.....
anyway, thanks for confirming my suspicions...good minds think alike, right?
Recall something in the media not very long ago about scams dealing with scholarship services. The TV stations around my neck of the woods love to point out scams on their consumer action segments. These spots are entertaining as well as informative. I am wary of anything I get in the mail offering me anything. I don't remember any of the details about the scam scholarship companies, except, of course, that the people who fell for the scams were out lots of money and nothing could be done to remedy the situation.

I was getting too much spam on it to keep them deleted during the holidays & study for this Algebra class. (IT WAS BADDDDD!)
I'll put it back on, then after this class is over, I'm going to change it to a different guestbook. I think most of the spam comes from scripts....not even people visiting the site. grrrrrrr
There......it's back online for now. :) I'll work with it after Friday to try to fight the spammers!
