i just had my first hospital clinical day. this is my first clinical day for med/surge, in my 2 previous nursing classes my clinicals were at ltcs.it was so awesome and amazing. i have learned so much today. the rns at the hospital were so kind and helpful. i was able to follow my pt to different units and the rns in each unit took the time to teach me about the unit and how to care a pt who is in that unit. they taught me things that i won't be covering for a few classes, but that is awesome.
so thanks to those rns who take the time to help a student. and thanks to all the healthcare staff that take the time to help a student too.
:)
cheers!
