What are other people feeling about the exam today? I don't have a great feeling at all!
I am very sorry to hear that Kikilaroo! I hope you get well soon. I've tried my best to think less and less about the exam, I started to notice I felt depressed thinking of the negative aspects of the exam (my brain tends to go to the worst case scenario for me). What I have done to relieve exam stress is find any way to distract myself and keep busy; I made plans to meet up with non-nursing friends I haven't seen in a while tomorrow. Basically do anything to pass the time (yet I check up on this site a lot, and thus I am not helping my own cause here).
Your health and well-being is probably top priority and I hate that the waiting process is a major stressor. I have browsed past exams from each year and it is a trend that it causes anxiety so I thought I could anticipate it, but when you personally go through it, it is be more than expected. You're not alone in how you feel and remember, this exam does not define us!
I am trying to take the joy of those that have passed to help the days go by faster, Its strange but working so far. I see this thread as virtual hand holding that is somehow allowing me to decrease my anxiety as I wait. Also been distracting myself with researching online Master's programs, playing with the kids, cleaning the house etc.
To everyone in the GTA: we're all in the same boat right now, no one is alone in their anxiety and wait. The results will be here be in our mailboxes around/on the 18th, and the only thing we can do is just wait. Let's check our mailboxes daily and post whether the results are in or not.

What makes you say "on/around the 18th"? Every sitting is different, so there is no real way to tell when the results will be out. They could well be out the end of this week! :)

Cheers to the virtual hand-holding! :) I am hoping we get our results at the end of this week. That way if I'm not successful, I have the weekend to mourn. If I am successful, I have the weekend to celebrate! :)
