Whoever was misunderstood and whoever misunderstands, it does not matter. To bloodytom, thank you, too. It would be nice that we join hands in prayer and ask God for the resolution of the leakage issue so we can move on. We should know how the examinees are suffering now, waiting for the early resolution of the leakage issue and waiting for the results to be released and most of all waiting to see their names at the list. Thats mental torture for them, so lets say a prayer for them and ask God's mercy and blessings. GOD BLESS HIS PEOPLE!

Yes, indeed...Actually the burden, (in one of my posts) in this leakage issue I believe, is on the government...My humble opinion about this is stated more on another thread in the Phil forum...

I agree...Let us all pray for our fellow nurses...Let us pray that God's will be done at all times...

Whatever the outcome is, let us put our trust in God who knows alll...Have faith!

please verify those text messages first before passing them on.

a lot of fake text messages purportedly coming from the bon had been making the rounds here.

if you want to update us on the issue, please indicate the sources--news sources please, not forum posts opining about "cancellation" of the recent board exams. (then again, we have to be discerning in analyzing even news articles--there had been quite a number of press releases from some government agencies, and even recruitment agencies, presented as "news articles.")

about 100 nursing graduates and deans of nursing schools in baguio have petitioned the professional regulation commission (prc) to delay the release of the test results on july 2, and to put the members of the board of nursing under "preventive suspension" pending an investigation of the alleged irregularities.
they claimed that the r.a. gapuz review center distributed copies of the test questions and answers that were allegedly leaked to the reviewers by a member or members of the nursing review board.

if this news article is to be believed, a formal petition to delay the release of the test results had been filed.

not only that, they want the bon suspended. if this happens, the results could be delayed much more, and the next nursing board exams will be in limbo.

"although the examinees, who claimed that there was leakage, were examinees from baguio city, we were not discounting the possibility that the phenomenon could have happened nationwide," lacanaria and dao-ayen said in a june 23 letter to the council.
"we are saddened by the fact that action coming from prc and our own nursing leaders is slow. we feel that the initiative of the [baguio] examinees will open a can of worms [which explains] the sweeping [prc] statement ... that 'there is no leakage.' a conclusion has been arrived (at) and yet no investigation has been conducted," they said.

so the complainants were mainly from baguio city.

i hope people will keep a level head and think first before going into panic.

guess there's no stopping of release of result in the next 3 days... we heard from reliable source that result was ready since yesterday pa... will be officially released on 2 July 2006 ( Praise God!...):blushkiss
