Who took the exam? I graduated last april 2006 and a candidate to take the exam but I decided to take the december 2006 examination instead hoping for a better score.
I heard a rumor that a review center in baguio had a leakage of the whole NP V and NP III exam, its quite a news in our university as well as in other local forum and other schools.
some of my friends who review on that particular review center confirmed to me that , YES, they had a leakage of around 50 items, most of which are asked in the NP V exam.
My friends attended the same review center but , it in its MANILA branch.
The leakage given to them was in a QUESTION AND ANSWER FORMAT. there are no choices, just the question and the right answer. It was given to them the evening before the exam.
In any case that it will be proven by the board that there was a leakage, the exam results will be forfeited and there will be a retake.
does anyone here have any idea if who were the TWO BON involve in that leakage? And is PRC not responsible for it? or the BON itself? I think it already happened before, in 2001 maritime exam, where the PRC chairman was also involved in such crime...

yeah, i thought so too. its better to get infos from reliables sources. im not saying that that site isnt, u might find urselves being misled by her personal point of views. factual statements shouldnt be biased, so better check on it on abs, gma and the likes sites.

These two members of the board of nursing should be punished...they are the only ones who should be punished. It is not the fault of the students if they enrolled themselves in the said review center and handed them a leakage. It is the two monkeys who leaked their morificecript of questions to this review center should get all the blame for this delay in the release of test result and for degrading the nursing profession.
It is so shameful; it only shows that Filipino people can't play it clean. That is why NCLEX-RN exam can't be held here and questions our integrity of holding an exam.
I am so disgusted of these two members of the board of nursing. They just didn't do their job honestly. And as for this review center, why do they need to ask or depend on this leakage? It seems like they're questioning or aren't so sure of how they reviewed the students.

perhaps, its has been depressing to hear that one option the prc had come out with, is letting all of us repeat the examination. a number among our batch who took the nle this june wanted that we all repeat the examination, but how about those who didnt take part or havent received any leakages instead did his/her best during the examination? i suggest, that the prc head should confront the 2 bon and ask them where did each of them distributed their morificecripts. then if the so-called review center and school has been found guilty of receiving the leakages, the nbi should take part in gathering the names of all enrolled reviewee's under their roof and have their result separated from those examinees who hosnestly/fairly did their best. i beleive that this idea of mine would cost prc alot (financially) when they would conduct an investigation to accumulate the names of those examinees who had reviewed under them. but i suppose it would be a bigger liability to the prc if we all repeat the exam. in addition, many of the examineers who came from the rural area's who sacrificed themselves to take the examination in manila would not again, be able to afford financially at this point of crisis.

ur very ryt banj21!!!!! i reviewed in gapuz but in bikol...and i can assure u guys....nothing was leaked in our center...i dont know if we are fortunate or unfortunate by that!!! some of my classmates in that review center even thought of complaining to that center because we thought we would receive the same materials that they have in manila ( we paid the same amount ) and the worst part is...we are accused of something we did not do!!! pooor us!!! it is very depressing now, that in our application for the local boards we clearly stated that we reviewed in gapuz...so if there will be a re-take then we have to do it also???? even if our conscience is very clean that we did not take part on that leakage issue!!!

well then perhaps all of us are suffering major stresses now. i suggest we must help each other think of what would be the best solution for us to recommend the prc. taking another exam wouldn't be the best solution. i believe non of us examinees played any role in promulgating the leakages. if there is someone to be blamed of, that would be the prc, bon, review centers. them all are the principal and accomplice of this subject matter we innocent are currently suffering. since it has been their mistake, let the prc pass all june 2006 examinees,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, deal or no deal?
if they wont agree, hehehhee let all the 42,000 nursing examinees unite as one and hunt them all, torture and feed their cardio vascular systems to the vampires, and to all [color=dimgray]people who ruinned our exams....hehhehehehehehe.
It is not right to accused a review center who just want to share their knowledge and give hope to those people who want to pass the board exam..Hope that the truth shall prevail and Hope that God will be there to be the jury of the incident.. Let's not make people judge and criticize the situation right now.. I hope that the result will be posted as soon as possible.. To those people who are in the position to release the result..Hope you will be fair to your decision and may God be with you..
I demand that the idea of retaking the exam should not be done.. The PRC should consider those innocent people who went to manila, in spite of their financial problems!!!
