June 2008 NCLEX support group

This thread is for any upcoming graduates taking NCLEX in June of 2008.

To start off with I would love to hear if anyone is taking Kaplan, or Drexel or other prep courses and why did you choose the one you did? I am looking into them and I am just not sure which one is best and why.

i took my exam friday june 20th and haven't seen results yet (today is tuesday june 23rd). has anyone been posted on the california bon website who took it on friday?

Sometimes it takes up to 10 days, so just keep waiting, it will come. I am in CA. and I know it takes atleast 3-10 days.

I'm not in California but I just wanted to wish you luck on getting positive results. From what I have read in other posts CA can take 3-10 days and in some cases longer. I hope you get your results soon and I will keep you in my thoughts as I am sure the longer wait is extremely stressful.

Thanks!! It helps to be able to vent here and know people understand where you are coming from. I haven't told anyone other then my husband that I am testing and he doesn't think talking about it and stressing is helpful so when I start to get anxious and down in the dumps he changes the subject. I will be keeping both of you in my thoughts and prayers as you take your tests. Only a little bit longer and hopefully our dreams will have been achieved.

it stinks so many people i know are on the website within two - three days .. i guess saturday and sunday don't count though. thanks for your reply!

I know a couple of people that tested in TX, and their names were up on the BNE 2 days after.

I tested Wednesday, and it just showed up TODAY....almost a week later!!!

I guess not only does it depend where you are, it also depends on the amount of testers for a given day, amount of staff at the BNE, etc......

Good luck to all of you testing this week, and next! I know a few of my school buddies tested today, and "I" know they did well. ....They just have to wait two days for me to prove it. LOL

Just checked the Washington State Dept. of Health site and it's official - I'm an RN!! My license is ACTIVE !!!! Yay! Thank you to all who helped calm my nerves and answer questions.
