Thanks
Suzanne,
I have just joined this site, and have been reading around and I keep seeing people speak of your plan for the NCLEX. I am just writing to see how I am supposed to get information on this??? Any advice I can have would be greatly appreciated!!! Please get back to me as soon as possible.
Thank You,
Jamie

I'm taking my nclex in early August. I have been studying every day since the middle of last spring quarter and got a 942 on Hesi. I have completed the entire Mosby's book by early June, the Hesi book, the Hesi cd, just completed the Pearson's Exam Cram book but still have questions on the cd, working on Saunders question book now, plus Lippincott's small new format book. I have used a couple other books like Kaplan and Lippincott but I like the Mosby's format the best for some reason. I have dabbled in all the prominant books but had more emphasis on the above books.
The problem i'm running into is that I take my time to read rationales and "digest" the material and prefer using my books as a workbook and then I feel like I'm running out of material to study from. It's hard to go back to them with the answers.
I'm actually one of the earliest test takers in my class and I'm feeling burnt out from all of this! Others are still waiting for an ATT. The thought of retesting in 45 days if I fail makes me ill because this pace of 100 questions a day and study material is getting old. I am diligent and won't stop but the stuff bounces off of me at times.
I'm intrigued that someone says to just use the Saunders book and that's it?! Holy moly. I used the Saunders book in school but have just been working on the practice questions now in the green book. Plus, we have our Meds Pub book with notes from our week long review. Now I'm thinking I should go back to the other Saunders book. I have major money invested in this stack of books!
Does this sound okay? I just did a Pearson's exam cram test and it said "excellent" for my grade, which I don't get, since I missed some but I guess it's got that CAT element to it???
