I am scheduled for July 1st. I am using Saunders, NSCBN online, Kaplan Book and Lippincott. Depending on the book I use, my scores are great or dismal. Not sure what to think. Good luck to us all!

july 5th! i've been using "Made Easy" and my HESI review guide (similar to ATI) for content review, Kaplan's strategy/practice book, Lippincott's 5,000+ review questions for practice, and Mosby's pharmacology memory cards to help organize my medications thoughts. i've also been thinking of using LaCharity since I already own it (it was an assigned textbook my last semester) but I don't want to risk spreading myself to thin.

I took the Kaplan 180-question strategy test this afternoon and got 71%, and im hearing 65% is a good sign? i average 70-80% on "Made Easy" online, comprehensive practice tests, but pretty terrible in the lippincott book (60-68). i guess all we can do is breathe and study, breathe and study for the next few weeks.. don't forget to take days off and relax! it really helps to recharge :)

For those of you doing Hurst, is it just the CD that comes with the book, or did you purchase the program online?

I am so happy to meet all of you in here.

I will retake mine in July. I didn't get my ATT. I am using NCLEX-RN4000 CD around 100questions/d, and review Saunders book again.

I am working f-t in hospital. I don't know how to study better to me.

I have:LaCharity book; Kaplan2010;Saunders4e;

Good Luck to everyone!

Having failed the test, I will tell you that the LaCharity book is as close as you will get to the actual NCLEX test. I rescheduled mine for June 29th. Good Luck to all!

I have been using Silvestri Comprehensive Review. The rationales are great. I am in the middle of an review class too and man is it helpful. I am hoping to pass the first time. I graduated in December, so I really need to do it and get it done.

hey guys how are you studying meds? seems like no matter what, i can't get every side effects or how/when to take to stick... and no one review book has every significant med/nursing implication. unless of course i start studying out of my davis' drug guide :eek:
