Published

I came across Judy's Miller NCLEX review CDs available for purchase (although the whole set is pretty expensive),the CD go breakdown the every body system and workbook, quizes also comes with it.Basically this program is designed for audiovisual type of students, my question is did anyone actually purchased and used it,if so did you think it helped you in passing the NCLEX,thanks...

I used the Judy miller nclex rn review DVD program, for one month prior to taking nclex. It took me 2 years to complete my RN-asn so the review of the core nursing material helped me remember a lot I forgot. It was worth the $800 I paid.

I'm doing that review now and it is great!!! Judy definitely knows how to clarify the difficult topics and gives great test taking tips, mnemonics stuff like that? Do you think this program helped you to pass the NCLEX?

Yes, it is a big help. It is very long but interesting. I love it.

I have been looking for a used set on a few online auction sites with out much luck. Does anyone know where people would sell used sets?

I have a used set I bought on line and it is very intense. try ebay

Also try looking in some of the yahoo Excelsior groups that allow advertising. Sometimes you can ask for people to contact you about study material as long as you are not trying to sell something outright.

any luck finding a used set? Im looking for one too!

You better pass after investing 800! All I spent was... Wait, nothing! I got 2 books out of the school library!

Anyways, that seems really cool, splecially if it's lecture like! I love lectures, specially with funny and or interesting teachers.

I really did not like the ATI videos, the lady was almost falling asleep herself!

my school provides her videos to all of the nursing students through technology fees. i would see if your school does as well. she is really informative and breaks the information down for you.

We used these cd's at our school to study for both the HESI and the NCLEX. All of my class thinks these cd's were awesome and really helpful. We also took Kaplan's course in addition.
