JU summer 2011 hopefuls

I'm new at this posting thing but it seems really helpful to talk to other people going through the same process of finding good schools and applying for the highly competitive programs. I figured i would try and start a new thread for anyone who is applying for the program that start at JU in May of 2011! :) Best of luck to everyone

Tell me about it! I just got my wisdom teeth out on Monday...and all I am worried about is that letter! I am trying to relax instead of darting to the mailbox...but hey...it feels like I have been waiting for a year! hah.

I believe last year they got their letters around March 7th. Maybe we will get ours around the same time?

I am waiting anxiously myself. So does anyone know how many seats are open for the traditional Bsn summer 2011 program? I read on a previous link if you don't get a call from Chris you didn't make it. I wonder when he will start calling people. This is really nerve wrecking.

Hello everyone. I usually just read post to help calm my nerves, but I just wanted to say that I'm saying prayers, crossing my eyes, toes, and fingers for all of us:bugeyes:! Hopefully, we'll hear something really soon! Best wishes to all of you!

Gavra, I heard that for the accelerated program there are 25 seats and for the transfer program there are only 15!! I am not sure about the traditional program but I assume it is around the same amount. I heard we would get letters not calls, but now I am going to be waiting by my phone to! hehe. Chris told me that we would get one of three letters...acceptance, denial, or waiting list. He said we would recieve them Mid March. I applied for the transfer program so I am looking at only 15 seats! Yikes! Good luck to you, and to you I

yep I'm still waiting!........I heard from somebody that there were still a couple of interviews being conducted but for the transfer students they were done....so im not sure.......im gettting so anxious now.....I applied for a new job but if i get in for school i cant take the job but at the same time if i dont make it then i have to take the job.....it all depends on this acceptance/waitlist/denial letter!

I'm hoping by the end of this week we will hear one way or another....if not, then we will have to wait until after their spring break :cool: which is from March 14th -18th. I guess it's fair to say any day now :) (trying to stay positive).

I am also still waiting for a letter! I run to my mailbox right when I know the mail should be here and check for it. I am sure they will send out the letters before their spring break, but that is something we will just have to hope for. I just hope when I actually do get it I won't be to nervous to open it! :lol2:

Okay, I am with you guys I am constantly checking the mail and either their is no mail at all or it's bills. I'm so anxious but nothing came this week. So, I guess that leaves two more weeks to hear something.
