Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to start a thread for those who applied to the DNP program at Hopkins. I recently applied prior to the early Nov 1 deadline. I noticed from last years thread that some applicants mentioned they had interviews already (at this time). Has anyone applied and been interviewed yet? Best of luck to everyone.

I applied for priority and had my interview two weeks ago. Hope this helps you with your decision.

For most of these programs, does anyone know if accepting an offer and putting down the $500 deposit is binding? I understand that if you decide not to enroll, that the $500 deposit is non-refundable. Thanks!

Do you mind me asking, what day did you submit your application?

I think 5 days before the deadline!

Yes. It is non refundable if you decide to not attend.

Hi Everyone (PMHNP),

I applied in December and had my interview last week. I noticed on my SIS being a Hopkins student that a new record of study was generated (nursing / DNP). Is that an early pop up on getting accepted or did everyone get that once they applied ? It made me excited for a minute. Haha ? best of luck to everyone.

I noticed that TOO ?

Are you a prior student as well? I know that schools will make a portal for you to login to see your acceptance but I haven't heard of them creating a billing and registration account for someone not accepted or admitted to the program. Ah the anxiety and excitement all in one.

Yes, I am a current student!

Imagine getting rejected even tho they went to great lengths to create a portal in SIS ?

Super weird question - but does anyone know/have the interview questions from JH interview? I got the interview, but the interview didn't go great. Just wanted to review the questions for the future.

Playing the waiting game is so hard LOL

The waiting game is truly the worst. May we all be blessed with the acceptance gods.
