Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to start a thread for those who applied to the DNP program at Hopkins. I recently applied prior to the early Nov 1 deadline. I noticed from last years thread that some applicants mentioned they had interviews already (at this time). Has anyone applied and been interviewed yet? Best of luck to everyone.

Negative ghostrider.
I did call them yesterday to get a status update and the FA representative said the following:
1) There are no scholarships, grants, etc. that can be awarded to graduate students.
2) The FA packages will consist of loan offers only.
3) Everyone will have their full financial need offered in loans (minus any scholarships already awarded). The loans will consist of $20k (+/-) in unsubsidized loans (approx. 7% interest rate) and the rest will be offered in Graduate Plus loans (approx. 8% interest rate).
Essentially, it sounds like everyone will be offered that same package, so it doesn't really matter when we "get it". Getting the FA package will just give you the opportunity to accept the loans.
