I am looking for the same - looking for resources on how to review before FNP school starts!

Just accepted into FNP DNP programs, yay! Situation: I have a 2 year old and hate bedside. But we need an income. Any ideas of what kind of jobs would be recommended for me during school? I saw other forums and I just don't see myself continuing bedside, my family and I just can't handle it. There are other positions like case management, but they are m-f 8-5..so then I am thinking when would I see my family and study? should I go in a non-nurse specialty make less but have more time for school like an office admin? Or is it a good idea to become a part time medical assistant at an outpatient/urgent care setting? Yes I am overqualified but that's okay and it money and hopefully a better schedule?please help!

I also got the invite for the interview - they were clear that the person interviewing may not have reviewed your application. So keep that in mind. Gluck to all!

Super weird question - but does anyone know/have the interview questions from JH interview? I got the interview, but the interview didn't go great. Just wanted to review the questions for the future.

I applied to Duke DNP FNP for fall 2024. I saw threads for other programs, which helped through application process, so I figured I would start one for this application process. Has anyone received an request for interview yet?

Has anyone not heard back yet? OR, if you feel comfortable, has anyone been denied admission? I haven't heard back one way or the other and wondering if there is anyone else?
