Hey guys! Any applicants with impending interviews or recent offers with The Johns Hopkins Hospital? I've got an interview coming up and would love to open a dialogue with anyone else who's in a similar position. If anyone can share any information regarding the interview, shared time, culture at JHH, etc that'd be great even from folks that completed their clinical or externship rotations there. Any current nurse residents at JHH also feel free to chime in please :) I'm applying from San Diego and I graduate in May. Good luck to everyone!

I was invited to interview a week ago, sent references as requested and I am waiting to hear back for an interview date. Anyone else starting in October?

Hi, I graduate in May 2019, and I want to apply for the residency program at John Hopkins. I was wondering how many months prior did you apply for the program? How long did it take for you to hear back from them once you applied? Thanks in advance

I graduate in May too. I applied to a MICU position. Did you get your questions answered?

I applied this month. They have openings every month. I believe May 2019 cohort should start applying 3-4 months before graduation. Do you know how long it normally takes to get an interview?

I also graduate this spring! I applied for the CSVICU on 1/24 and received an email invitation to interview on 2/4. I sent some dates for my availability but do not yet have a date for interview.

Hi Voltage003, no I haven't gotten any replies haha. Did you hear back from JHHS? I am going to apply to positions now, I was waiting to get my critical care hours in. How many hours do you have in Critical Care?

I did a summer externship in the MICU I am hoping that counts. I have 180 from that. I have not heard anything yet.

Hey guys! I applied for a position and received an interview! My interview was about 10 days ago now and I had originally thought that the interview went really well. I do plan to follow up with the recruiter at the two week mark, but I was wondering if it has taken anyone the full 2 weeks to hear back?

Hi @Voltage003 have you heard from your interview yet? I also applied to the MICU back in February but just now was invited for an interview. I don't know which cohort this is for.
