Johns Hopkins Entry into Nursing (MSN) Spring 2021

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to start a thread for the Johns Hopkins entry into nursing MSN program for January 2021 applicants. I just started my application this week, aiming to get it in well before the July 1st deadline. Anyone else?? ?

Also, if anyone previously accepted here has any application tips, please do share. Thank you!

Were you waitlisted just today?

I got in via regular pool admissions, so hopefully those waiting will hear back soon! I’m not sure how much time they gave me to respond to my offer because my activation pin isn’t working, so I had to email them.

I received my decision letter last night. My pin wasn't even there so I had to email them for it as well.

has anyone who was accepted priority/accepted at any point taken the drug test yet? I just wanted to know if nicotine/cotinine is a part of it or not? I don’t see a list anywhere of what’s tested. I know nicotine’s not illegal LOL but some places are tobacco free etc so I wanted to be sure

No. I received the decision letter indicating that I was offered the option to join the waitlist last night.

Welcome to the waiting team.  It is so stressful but it's OK!  Things will work out fine in the end.

I'm hopeful we'll all find a nursing school to attend even if it's not @ Johns Hopkins.

I took it already. Those are not on the drug test
