Hi there! Is there anyone applying to the direct entry msn program at Hopkins for Fall 2016 start?

Thanks for offering the Nurse Corps option, @jamaral. However, my household income would not make me very competitive for that opportunity. I currently work for the organization that manages that program so I am VERY familiar with both their scholarship and loan repayment options. If you are eligible, I encourage you to apply because service to the underserved is what it's all about!

If you think of any other options to consider between now and Apr. 15th (last date to respond to the offer), please do share.

Wow! very cool! I am pretty bummed our program does not seem to qualify as a preferred group in the scholarship, but hoping the loan repayment is more accessible -- I haven't actually done my due diligence on this yet and now am thinking I had better! I will definitely post if I come across alternatives!

Pennycheong9 - Are you open to an email regarding your general Hopkins experience? I was recently accepted into the accel MSN Fall 2016. Haven't given my decision yet, but would love to ask you a couple questions. I can't PM yet, but if you can, feel free to send me a mssg.

How long did it take for you all to receive your acceptance after your application status was updated?

I think to join the fb group you have to be invited once we're friends! You can add either Joyce or me, on fb I'm Jung Amaral and there's only one of me :)
