Jeff State Summer 2011

Hey! I thought I would start a thread for all the people that are applying for summer admittance into jeff state so we could get to know our possible future classmates. They're accepting 50 on each campus and with the compass completely gone,and the teas v being solely relied on plus course points of course, I think this will make for a INTERESTING admission process to say the least! Any input and comments are welcomed;-)

Oh! That's not really TOOO bad once you actually go through the problem and work it out!

Yeah. It was more so just my excuse to go out there:-) I did most of my pre reqs there so I was just catching up with old teachers. Are u a jeff student now? Or do u attend another school?

i took venglarik for my 202. ross for my 201. took black for micro. made all A's.

see i work in a hospital and i am just worried about how we actually do things at the hospital compared to what we are taught because everyone says its two different things....

Trust me. I understand completely. I've heard jeff state is notorious for being very picky!

I've heard the exact same thing so many times and even teachers have said that the way things are actually done in a hospital or doctor's office is totally different from the way things are taught when your in a nursing program. :down:

I GOT GOOD NEWS TODAY!!!>>>>I GOT IN!!! I called mrs glass and she looked over my application and where the pre nursing advisers added my points up they totally missed my transcripts from lawson! So she called me today after she reviewed my application and transcript and told me they were sorry and that I got in and I am going to the jefferson campus!! WHOOT WHOOT!!! She said she would be mailing my packet out today! GIve me some info people!!!! Im so excited I almost told her I would drive out there today to get the packet, but i didnt! LOL

Congrats athomas! Your lucky! Jeff state used to nit bs like that. All they would have said was "my bad" did a #kanyeshrugg and went on about they business!! Girl you with us this summer!!! *in my Satan voice* WELCOME TO HELL!!!
