Hey! I thought I would start a thread for all the people that are applying for summer admittance into jeff state so we could get to know our possible future classmates. They're accepting 50 on each campus and with the compass completely gone,and the teas v being solely relied on plus course points of course, I think this will make for a INTERESTING admission process to say the least! Any input and comments are welcomed;-)

Just one arrest. It was for falsification of a police report. It happened when I was 19. And it really was a misunderstanding more so. And It's a continued case. It's been continued since 2008! Birmingh court system is so jacked up it's ridiculous. I'm hoping that them being so absent minded will work in my favor this time and not have it show up on my record. Hopefully it will get dismissed on my next court date of June 7, 2011. Do u think it will keep me from being able to accept my spot?

Have you read the Jefferson State pages of the Center for Health and Biological sciences? It came in the mail the the packet. Read number 7 and everything under it. I not really sure though. I would call Bonnie. Maybe the pending thing wont show up?

I would call Bonnie as soon as you could. I know you are anxious. I hope everything works out for you! You are young so dont let it get you down if it goes the wrong way. Anyway do you know about how much it is?

L her similar stuff before and they're background checks come back clear.. Ire ally just don't know what to think. If I can't accept my spot because of some stupid **** like that ima be one mad person!

I would be too. I made all A's in everything and if something like that kept me out I would be sooo angry! I been so mad past few times I have applied because they have changed what entrance test we got to take every semester. And I finally got in.... I cant imagine.... I sorry.

Yeah ikr! I've talked to a couple of people and they don't seem to think it will hold me back! Some think I'm worrying for nothing. That's just my nature. It's just I'm busted my ASS to get into this program and I don't know what I will do if I don't get in. But I feel like if God bought me to it, he'll bring me through it. Just gotta have faith..
