were u able to register for the mosbys nursing video skills course? it want let me, says the code is wrong

i dont have it either....Thank god im not the only one! i thought when you got the bundle that was supposed to have everything in it that you needed!

lsk40...they tell you about this grant after we start nursing school? what are the qualifications?

lsk40 did you have the nano kind or the regular kind, and do you know if the nano kind is worth the extra money? I really just didnt like the collar on the nano kind, but i may just live with the collar if it is worth it, since i have a 18 month old daughter i will be taking to day care in the morning before class?

@jessangel28 have you washed your scrubs yet, if so did they shrink alot, i got mine in today and i got med bottoms and med top, my bottoms could stand to shrink maybe a 1/2 in if that, but i think maybe i should have got a large top, especially if they are going to shrink a lot, i like the way it fits right now, but afraid to wash it and it shrink to much?

I'll have to look at half.com, cause my scholarship doesn't cover study guides and workbooks, does half.com have those kinds of things on there? I'm super excited! I was in pre calculus class tonight at Lawson and I couldn't even concentrate on class cause I was thinking about nursing school! Yay for us!!!!

Oh....We get fitted for our nursing uniforms tomorrow to...that's kinda exciting! I haven't worn scrubs since I stopped working at uab in nicu in the summer of 09! I wish I could get my books, I have a scholarship that pays for books and tuition though and can't get them until its transfered over there from Lawson! Stinks it will probably take forever!

So u don't know of anything we have to pay for tomorrow do you! No drug test, or uniforms or anything?

Bsn and adn nurses take the same nclex exam, that should be all that matters! Did u ask the people at uab about this bull?!

I sure hope not, surely not there are so many schools that offer adn degrees for nurses I think it would be stupid not to hire them! But u being tamales u shouldn't have anything to worry about! I know someone that just graduated from nursing school at Jeff state and she got hired on at uab in the nicu! I would think if they are trying to stop hiring adn degree nurses then they would stop hiring them in the icu units before anywhere else? All I know is if I don't get a job when I get out of school because I have a adn I'm gonna be one pi**ed off nurse!

Well good for us then....yeah i plan on getting a job at uab when i get out of nursing school at jeff state and going back to get my bs...but now they have have a rn-bs-ms program that i am going to look into...did you talk to them about that? I gotta be able to find you tomorrow cause i dont know a sole!

futurernjap-yes i am so excited and so nervous, what book series are you talking about that you bought that breaks everything down and make it understandable, imma def need to get that! So we arent going to have to pay for anything tomorrow? I prob want sleep tonight....im super nervous!
