My wife graduated with her BSN in 1981 in the Philippines and just passed her NCLEX last week, you'll pass, keep at it, her last attempt was in 2004.

Hi your wife's story just gave me hope. I too graduated from the Philippines way back in 1997. Today was the first time I tried and I know I did not make it coz I did not get the good pop up sign on the PVT Trick. I was hoping maybe you could give me tips on how your wife prepared for the test. What materials did she study? Did she take a review class any information will be a lot of help. I want to congratulate your wife. Thanks a lot. My email is [email protected]

That depends what you have used before..... In my case I was very happy with combi of Kaplan QBanks. Together with hurst review. And la charity

Dear Joe17 - I don´t know if you realized, but your name is floating around here a lot - in a positive way of course

It´s awesome how you support people here and...yeah...well, I would be really thankful if you could send me some material too maybe? I am a foreign nurse and don´t have a date yet for the exam because I still need to evaluate my documents - which takes a while too. But I am studying already, since everything is pretty much new to me. In the US, nurses have more responsibilities I think. It´s just a little hard for me since I don´t have any nursing contents. I can just prepare for the test which I do with Kaplan 2011-2012, Incredibly Easy, Saunders Review book and all the helpful mnemonics here and on other websites. If you have any advice for me - I would so appreciate it. Thank you and congratulations!!!!!! :yelclap:

ThanksI would add lacharity to ur materials and hurst review..I reviewed hard with those 2 together with Kaplan Qbanks 2 weeks before my test. I also lave nursing incredibly easy which are very useful. If u want my materials send me a pm Im happy to share it to yahGood luck Joe

Oh, I feel good reading your post-- THERE IS HOPE! We're on the same boat. I fell into the crack of "contentment" in life and forego NCLEX. Now, more than ever I want to get PASS so badly. I've been noting the materials you studied; I'm not familiar with HURST.

As of now, I'm using Saunders and starting NCLEX4000. How do I get that Kaplan Qbanks? A friend here shared the Kaplan Q trainer, is that diff? I did not touch that yet thinking I'll finish all of Saunders and my basic; then do those exams. I'd be so happy if you could share ideas.

Good day to all of you. I'm a graduate from the Philippines, and a working mom. I took the NCLEX twice and unfortunately i failed. I'm losing hope with NCLEX. Please help me!

Joe 17, I've been reading your posts and I was inspired by your story! Congratulations!
