How do you know that's a li'l feller and not a li'l gal?

I ask this because of the BackwardYahoo of a my state's Guv'nor and the HB2 Bathroom Bill. The Guv never said, but I think we's a'goin' to have a law about certain citizens not being allowed in EITHER Ladies' or Men's Rooms,so there might be a Mandatory DEPENDS Law for 'those' people.

Sorry to mention politics, but really, The Proper Room In Which To Pee should hardly be a political issue.

To the Guv I say, "Mind yer OWN Mictatory Organs!"
