Speaking of getting Hurt, Eleanor and I have lost Turn Key, an LPN we work with. Turn Key has left the Gero Psych Unit to go work in Cassius D. King's Home Health Services.

Now, Turn Key is a very good Nurse and we will miss her. The night before Turn Key's last Shift, I told Eleanor that we needed to give her something to remember us by. So, I took a picture of Eleanor and me, and put it in a Frame from a Really Expensive Specialty Store called "Wal-Mart", and Presented it to Turn Key.

Before presenting Turn Key with the Framed Photo, I added a Conversation Eleanor and I typically have:

Do you accept drop-ins or do I need to make an appointment for admission? Keep in mind I wear the same type of shirt every day; red long sleeve crew neck tee.
