I beefed up my summer course load and plan to take MAT 118, COM 102, and IVY 104, all online. Anyone else taking these?

thank you to those who called lawrence and posted that info--makes me feel just a tiny bit better, even though i really wanted the letter today! since i live in indy, i really thought that it might be here. get this--my husband even came home on his lunch (i was sleeping since i worked last night) to check the mail for me. when he came in to wake me and tell me there was no letter, he looked almost as bummed out as i felt. god love him--it's nice to have him here with me to suffer!!!!:heartbeat

UGH they moved my med term thread to general nursing when I didn't want responses from other people! Just people from Ivy Tech!

I will ask in here then...

I had to drop English due to the ridiculous amount of work they required for 12 weeks...so I picked up med term online. Can anyone tell me what to expect for it? Homework wise and maybe discussion board wise? Just curious.

I am not taking it online, but at school and we cover a chapter a week and have a test on the chapter we covered the week before. I am finding it pretty easy as I have had Micro, ANP 101, 102, and 201, and I am in Chemistry.

Sorry I couldn't help you with the online class, but that is what we are doing in class! Good luck!:D

Called Columbus again today, I just could not help myself. Nursing office said that they will be mailed out on Monday of next week for sure. I will update if that happens, I'm positive I will be calling first thing Monday morning to check. Hang in there everyone. I am hoping to read some good news on those who should be getting their letters today. Believe it or not the wait is almost over and hope we all will be meeting again in a thread called Help 1st semester nursing student at Ivy Tech!

me too.....the tension is building. i saw a dhl truck, fedex, ups and macnamara florist van while waiting....a sad, sad existence.....:crying2:
