I have been looking for a thread for any Ivy students that have applied for 2016 and can't find one!
Since the wait for the letter is going to KILL me, I really wanted to start a thread to communicate with others who are also waiting on that letter.
So...
What are your TEAS scores, grades, and points? What campus are you applying to?
I have a TEAS score of 88 and all A's, and will be applying to the ASN and PN program at the sellersburg campus!
Hoping to meet other Ivy Techers :)
Hi all! I literally took my TEAS yesterday and mailed my application packet to Valparaiso campus for overnight delivery. I scored 83.33 on the TEAS and 55 in my classes, Psych being a B. Overall, I have a score of 139.18. I hope it's enough to get in. I am also planning to apply to Evansville and one other location and I am actually in Missouri, so I am hitting the deadline pretty close. Good luck to everyone.
I will be applying for IvyTech 's central nursing program. Is there anyone on here who is applying for the Indy campus? What's a good score to have on the TEAS test? Right now, I have 55 points for my pre-req's (B in English, A's in the other 2) and I will hopefully take the TEAS test the first time sometime in the next 2 months. Would appreciate anybody's feedback. Thanks!
I think aiming for a score at around at least 75 would be good, although it's hard to say. Usually from what I've seen, people have been getting in with the mid/high 70s on the TEAS
Do a lot of you apply to the Sellersburg campus but not live in the area? I've heard that because of clinicals. It kinda stinks for those of us that actually attend that campus, as I'm sure it does for the others that have "outsiders" apply to their campus. I thought about applying to Madison but I just can't imagine making that drive each day.
