Ivy Tech Spring 2011 Applicants

Hey, just seeing who's on here that will be applying with me. I'm applying to Muncie, Kokomo, and Ft. Wayne. I feel like this is all I think about already. I'm retaking a couple of pre reqs this summer to improve my score. I've already taken the teas but will probably retake it as I only received an 83. I've also attended all the nursing info sessions. What is everybody else doing to prepare? I'm so paranoid about forgetting something! I'm looking forward to talking with people in the same boat. Or if anyone who has already applied wants to share advice, I'd gladly listen!

so i didn't get my letter either. i am hoping it will be here tomorrow. i had a 210 as well, so i'm hoping the cut off was below that for sure!! please keep posting!

Fellow muncie applicants: I just spoke with peggy and she said the letters will hopefully go out next week but definately by the 15th!! I don't think I can wait 2 more weeks so hopefully it is next week! At least I won't be running to the mailbox tomorrow! Didn't someone say ft wayne is behind as well? And if kokomos are sent out today, I definately won't get it tomorrow. Congrats to all those who have been accepted already!!!

I got my letter from Lawrence, I made it in with a 214!!! See you all at orientation :) CONGRATS!!!

I finally made it home to my mail box. I did get in with a 210, jump for joy. Jump once for Zack too.

I got a letter of acceptance from Lawrence today for the LPN program with a 204. I declined because I got into Bloomington, where I live. I hope this helps the alternates!

I received an ASN Kokomo rejection letter today. I am slightly bummed bc I thought the pn letters would be sent at the same time, which is what I was hoping for. So, I am still waiting but hopefully will know my fate in a couple weeks. Good luck to those receiving letters today!s

well i finally got my letter today! i got into the asn with a 210 as well. (but it was the loweset 210 possible, actually a 209.5, so it rounded.)

congrats to all of you that have already received your acceptance letters!

everyone that received denial letters, don't ever give up! keep trying!!!! and remember, lots of people applied to more than one campus, so there might be some extra spots after people turn down offers!

Congrats to everyone who's been accepted! That's great to hear that letters are rolling out.

I emailed the director of the program in Lafayette - she said they're still waiting to get approval for a certain number of spots available, so they don't even have a cutoff yet! She said she hopes to know by tomorrow, but I won't be holding my breath.

I am really bummed I got a denial letter from lawerence Friday I had 197 not sure what cut off score was does anyone else no thanks and congrats on those who did get in.
