inquire at ANSAP. they have schedules of different hospitals offering IVT training. their office is located at our lady of lourdes hospital. i forgot their contact number.

you must go to the hospital to make a reservation and pay for the fee..

after completing the ivt training, you do get a certificate of completion, right? how about the ivt license? i believe you need to complete the iv insertion cases. am i right? how many cases are required? how can you complete it if you are not employed?

Does anybody know which of these hospitals are accredited by ANSAP? I know that PGH is not, and although they conduct IVT training, you'll need to complete all your required cases in another hospital which is ANSAP accredited.

Any information about the other hospitals on the list?

the seminar will commence with you doing the iv insertion to your partner. after that, you have to complete certain number of cases: 6 - iv insertion; 6 - administering iv meds; 2 - administration of blood products. when you're done with the cases, you have to submit it to ansap ofc at our lady of lourdes hospital in sta. mesa, manila together with the other requirements [1x1 id picture, photocopies of the cases and the certificate of attendance (from the hosp where you did your ivt) and prc license and a photocopy of it, etc.] pls check the manual and im sure they will tell you this on the ivt training proper. or sometimes you may submit your requirements to the hosp where u had the ivt and they will be the one who will submit it altogether at ansap ofc.

if you are not employed, usually u can complete it in the hosp where u had your training or the ansap may designate a particular hosp where you can complete your cases. i had mine a year ago. feb 20-22, 2007 mcm, muntinlupa. but i completed my cases in the hosp where i am employed. :nuke:
