Check out the hospitals/nursing homes in your area. Are they hiring nurses with associate degrees?

You will be able to find a job, maybe not the one you want initially, start saving early once you get a full time job and go for your RN-BSN. Many hospitals will help you pay for school too. Move to a lower desired/pay area to get the position you want to start with. Don't expect a desirable, in hospital position in CA as a new ADSN.
