I am worried that my e-mail address isn't acceptable. It is the following:
[first letter of first name]+[full last name]+[two numbers] @ [g mail ....]
There are no periods or underscores anywhere.
I am worried about the two numbers that appear after the letters. Are numbers okay? I figured that they're only two digits, but I'm worried that it won't be "professional". (The e-mail address without the digits was already taken.)
Thank you!

Often a lot of professional business addresses aren't full names, but a combination of the last name and first/middle initials. And numbers and periods are not uncommon.
If numbers do bother you that much, why not experiment with the letters? Here's some ideas for usernames...let's use the name Jane V. Smith:
smith
jsmith
jasmith
jvsmith
janevsmith
smithj
smithja
smithjv
smithjane
janesmithRN (or LVN/LPN, whatever you are licensed as)
Unfortunately, Gmail ignores the period...so if your original choice was taken, slapping a period in between the names won't work (unless they changed things since the last time I checked).
Or you can try other services: Hotmail, Yahoo, Windows Live, Zoho, even the e-mail that came with your internet service provider...maybe one of them has your full name free.
Seriously though....IMO I doubt an employer is going to pass judgment on an e-mail address solely because of the presence of a number in it. JaneSmith23 @ gmail.com is far better than something like xSexyJanex @ gmail.com or even NurseJane @ gmail.com

I don't think there's anything wrong with numbers. If you had a common name like Mary Smith, even your professional email address would be likely to contain numbers...
The first place I worked, email addresses were in the format of [email protected]. If there was more than one Mary Smith, the second one's email address was [email protected]. So I doubt that they're going to have a problem with numbers following your name in the email address... unless, of course, your numbers are 69
If they bother you, try another server or use any of the suggestions Meriwhen offered. MSmith may be taken, but you can be marysmith, mary.smith, mary_smith, smithm, smithmary, maryksmith, etc. As long as you're not something like XXMarySmithHotMommaXX69, I doubt that anyone is going to think your name is unprofessional.

That's fine as long as its not a suggestive number or a high number that might indicate age or year of birthBut something like jane.smith2 is fine.
I agree. Even if you pick a number that isn't really your age or DOB, people may still think it is. JaneSmith88 may represent your August 8th birthday, but I'm going to think you were born in 1988, even if you're actually 55 :)
Definitely no 69 or 666. I also don't think 13 is a good choice though...I'm not personally superstitious but some people are.
The lower the number, the better.

I have been told that any email address is okay unless there are sexually suggestive.

Our work email addresses work this way, as well. We have a lot of jsmith2, jsmith3, etc on our "@work.org" addresses. So this is, indeed, professional. I would not use an email affiliated with my job or school, however, as it seems that the school email is an issue with some employers. I use my AT&T account and this was fine for HR. (Which BTW has an underscore in it, no problem).

As long as the numbers aren't something like "69" or "420", they should be fine haha.

I've held an "[email protected]" address for a long time. An email sent to '[email protected]' will not reach my inbox.
Are you sure? My gmail email address is also in the format of [email protected] and I have gotten emails in the past sent to [email protected] with no period. They even come with a little "is this my email" link that explains that gmail disregards the period. And I just tried it and I can log in as "firstnamelastname" with no period and a dummy email I sent to myself without the period came through. Again with the message "yes, this is you."

Try registering "miikismith" w/o the period as a Gmail name. It won't be available.
Gmail does ignore the period...I get tons of spam on one of my user accounts because of that. Not sure if other e-mail services do the same though.
Ok..
I was thoroughly wrong.
lol
It makes me think now. You can have a large combination of email addresses that deliver to the same account based on where and how many periods you place. I can definitely think of some misuse there.
