So I committed some serious crime that some of you might want to burn me to death. I was 24 when I got arrested. I was on craiglist looking for sex. I was chatting with a girl posting as a 30 years old. We both made it clear that we were seeking a sexual relationship. But then she told me that she was only 15. I still decided to meet her despite she told me she was a minor. I got arrested and charged with a long list of felony sex crimes against minor. Long story short, all charges were dropped, except one count of "Unlawful use of 2 way communication." which is not a sex crime or crime against minor. However it's still a 3rd degree felony. I pleaded guilty and adjudication was "withheld" meaning no convictions. Fast forward 2 years later, I'm done with all my probation... I'm currently in the process of sealing my record.
As far as I know, legally I'm not convicted of anything and once the record is sealed I'm allowed by law to deny I even got arrested.
I know sex crime is an automatic denial but I did not end up with any sex crime. Does it matter at all?
Do you guys think that I even have any chance for NURSING license?
Anybody has been granted license with a felony???
Thank you for all the helps in advance. I really do need some encouragements.

You are guilty. You made it very clear what your intentions were in your original post. A court does f need to say you are guilty for you to be truly guilty.
You say you were weak...don't care. That is far from an excuse.
I suspect if you move forward it will be a mistake and at some point you will wish you took the advice here.
Well, as you can obviously see here, nursing is not all about forgiveness and being nonjudgmental ... (In fact, some of the most judgmental people I've known over the years have been nurses.)
The only answer to your question that matters is what the FL BON says. I would recommend that you find out from them what they say about your situation before investing any time or money in nursing school. Best wishes!
When an adult knowingly pursues a sexual relationship with a minor you have crossed into an area that you can never come back from.
You are a sexual predator.
You went to someone who told you they were UNDERAGE with the intent to have SEX.
You may not have been charged as such, adjudicated as such and have tided up legal obligations you have.
You can dress it up anyway you want but it changes nothing.
You should not ever be able to be a CNA, nurse, doctor, police, teacher, clergy, counselor or anything that might bring you into contact with vulnerable people in a position of authority or caregiver for someone.
You can be as sorry as hell, as good as gold for the rest of your life but you don't get a pass on this for a complete fresh start.
Do you understand what harm you could have brought to a child doing this?

And why should it be? There are some crimes that can't be forgiven!

You are truly disgusting. The fact that you would put yourself out here on a message board is truly unbelievable. Please run not walk away from health care.
