Is anyone waiting on acceptance letters for their fall 2011 program

I'm just trying to pass time, I sent in my application a while ago. We are supposed to find out supposedly after this week! Just wanted to know if ANYONE at all was going through this process of waiting. It's driving me crazy!!!!! Lol :uhoh3:

I finally got mine, and like you, I was a wreck just waiting. It finally came in a large carboard envelop and so I knew it was good news. I didn't get in last year, but there was plenty I could take in the mean time and so now I'll only have to take the nursing classes and not worry about micro or english.

I applied to a program in March and did not get in because I was taking Micro and A&P2 which were part of the point in their application process. If I had completed them already I would have easily been accepted. Now I've applied to my backup school which accepted applications through June 1st. We should get an email between 6/22 and 7/5 with denials going out first. I felt good when I spoke with an advisor before applying, but now I'm hearing so many other applicants saying they have more points and I'm afraid I might not get in. Trying to focus on my pharmacology class this summer and remain patient waiting on the decision.

Hello everyone I applied to one RN program the middle of April and another the middle of May. I just received my acceptance letter a from the first school and I am waiting for a response from the second school ( which is my first choice since it is closer and that is where I completed all my pre-reqs) But I am very happy and excited to know that I have been accepted at one of the schools I applied to.But the waiting will drive you crazy!!!!!!!

I applied in early May and was pleasantly surprised to get my acceptance letter yesterday! Good luck to everyone still waiting. :)

HEY GUYS! I JUST GOT MY LETTER TODAY AND I GOT IN!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited... i was so nervous. All I can do is thank God and everybody who has supported me. I feel blessed, good luck to everyone, and to people who didn't get in PLEASE don't give up if this is your calling! PHEW :hgu:

Awww! I know how hard the wait is. I just got my acceptance letter today. Whatever you do, don't start doubting yourself! Focus on doing well in your class to keep yourself busy. And try not to compare yourself to the other posters on AllNurses... Apparently they all have a 4.0 GPA and scored in the 100th percentile on their TEAS! ;)

Waiting is the worst! I got a letter I've been placed on the alternate list for LCC's accelerated program for the fall but, am waiting to hear where I'm at on the list! Lots of anxiety! :eek:

I applied in the end of May. The application deadline if June 15. Take HESI July 16th. Wont know anything until August:banghead:

So I might as well just chill out.......

shew, it's really a long wait between applying and getting word back isn't it? I applied for the Fall '11 program way back in Feb, got acceptance letter mid-May!
