I am just wondering what you think my chances of getting the nursing program would be? I scored a 68 in the NLN (a bit low uhh?), a 3.11 GPA and have completed all the prerequisites with A's and B's. I am trying to get in for spring 2010 and worry myself everyday that I won't make the cut to get in.

Lol Nomijen, you are so right, I didn't know they had the white scrubs, guess a shopping trip is in my future lol.

Isn't it awful! lol. The shirts are OK, but I wish they would switch it around to blue bottoms and white tops.

Well, I too got my letter yesterday and I was not accepted. I am actually really surprised because I have all A's and B's and got an 89 on my NLN. ALL of my pre-reqs are completely done. I don't know what to tell anyone except it seems like a lottery because people are getting in with less "points" than I have. Weird. Congrats to everyone accepted for this spring : ) I'll try again next time.

Idk, they stress so much that it's only a point based system. If I was in your position, and someone who had less points than me had gotten in, I sure would have let them know about it and stomped my feet a little!!! (In fact, I know a girl who got in this way ;)

Believe me, I will be calling in the AM ; ) Not to worry! It's so frustrating. I also know someone who got in that way.. that goes to show that it is some sort of lottery selection or that there is a horrible computer error.

I only know the scores of 4 ppl, 3 of us who got in, and we were over 200. And a fourth who had a 172. He didn't make it :(

I just got a call that some friends with scores around 195 didn't make it! Whoa. Either something is wrong, or the competition was nuts this time!
