Hey everyone,
I plan on applying to IRSC's Nursing program for Spring 2017, and thought I would create this thread for us to talk about the application process! I was wondering if anyone knew the best way to study for the NLN? I keep seeing that they're updating the exam on IRSC's website, so I'm not sure if I should use the current study materials? Also has anyone had troubles figuring out transfer credits? I will have a BS from FSU and the courses that I've taken for A&P and Microbio have different course codes than the ones IRSC offers.
Good luck to everyone who plans on applying! Hopefully this thread can be as helpful as the last few semesters' threads have been.
So guys I went to the information session and they said you need a score of at least a 110 to be accepted! That sounds so much lower then previous classes who have taken the NLN and gotten accepted so I have some faith that we will get in! Also the application for the program is open which isn't due until September 1st but I paid my 30 dollar fee already just because I don't want to worry about it anymore! Anyway hope everyone's studying is going well and I really hope we can all get in and become awesome nurses
Hey do you if they're accepting more people this time since they lowered the score?
They said at the nursing information session that they are only accepting the top 70 students! I'm not sure if they even have alternates anymore since they never mentioned it! I may email and ask to see if you can still be an alternate
